What we may collect

When you contact us by form, email or phone, we may receive your name, contact details and the contents of your enquiry. If you place an order through a hosted shop, the information needed to process that order may also be collected by the relevant shop and payment service. We do not ask you to send payment-card details to us by email or through a general enquiry form.

How we use information

We use your details to respond to questions, discuss product availability, help with orders and communicate about delivery arrangements where relevant. We may also use information to keep our customer records accurate and to improve how we present our produce, pantry staples and vegan meals. We only use information for purposes connected with serving customers and running our operations.

Site use and analytics

Our hosting environment may record ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location and pages requested. If analytics tools are enabled, we may use aggregated information to understand how visitors find and use our pages. We do not use this notice to claim that a particular analytics service is active; you can ask us for current details.

Sharing and service providers

We may share relevant information with service providers who help us host pages, receive enquiries, process orders, handle payments or support delivery. Those providers should only receive information needed for their role. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers or operations.

Retention and protection

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order, accounting or legal record-keeping requirements. We take practical steps to limit access and protect customer information, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information through ordinary email.
